为积极响应国家“一带一路”合作倡议，深化和促进中马国际教育文化交流，遵循国家“通过教育国际化，深化高等教育改革”的指导思想，同时也为满足更多中国学生在国内就能够享受国外优质教育资源的学习需求，受马来西亚院校及其中国区域合作方北留服国际教育的委托，委托北京化工大学教育培训中心利用学校的优质教育教学资源和优秀师资，为本项目的学生进行国内阶段的授课培养。由外方院校制定课程标准、教学内容、课时和学分设置，并最终进行学员成绩考核，采用“中方成绩达标+外方综合评估”的录取模式对项目学生进行考评，北留服国际教育对符合录取要求的学生进行外方院校的对接申请以及学分转换等服务。

本项目由国内课程学习和国外课程学习两个阶段组成。国内学习阶段项目学生在北京化工大学西校区学习1-2年，主攻英语综合课程、英语学术课程、专业基础课程和部分核心课程；第2-3年进入马来西亚名校继续攻读本科阶段剩余课程，完成学业之后获得学士学位。学生可继续学习硕士课程，完成学业后获得由马来西亚高校颁发的硕士学位，回国由教育部（中国）留学服务中心进行学位认证，国家认可。

The curriculum standards, teaching content, class hours, and credit settings are formulated by foreign universities, and the final assessment of student performance is conducted. The admission model of "Chinese scores meet the standards+foreign comprehensive evaluation" is adopted to evaluate project students. Beijing University of Education International provides services such as docking with foreign universities, OFFER application, and credit conversion for students who meet the admission requirements.
        This project consists of two stages: domestic course learning and foreign course learning. Domestic study stage project students will study at the West Campus of Beijing University of Chemical Technology for 2 years, focusing on English comprehensive courses, English academic courses, professional basic courses, and some core courses; In the third year, enter the UOW Malaysia campus (or choose prestigious universities in other countries and regions such as the UK, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) to continue pursuing the remaining undergraduate courses and obtain a bachelor's degree after completing their studies. Students can continue to study master's programs and obtain a master's degree from overseas universities after completing their studies. Upon returning to their home country, the degree will be certified by the Ministry of Education (China) Study Abroad Service Center and recognized by the state.
