伍伦贡大学马来西亚校区2+2国际本科项目
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确指出，应当加强国际交流与合作，提高我国教育的国际化水平；鼓励各级各类学校开展各种形式的国际交流与合作；支持中外大学间的教师互派、学生互换、学分互认和学位互授联授等。
随着《纲要》的出台，全国各类高校纷纷制定了发展规划，特别是教育国际化工作，被提升到了前所未有的高度，各院校都制定了国际教育发展的思路和目标。同时，随着我国经济的持续发展和人们对优质教育的多元化需求，越来越多的国内学生选择出国留学就读国外的高校。而对于基础比较薄弱、希望进入国外高校的学生而言，在出国前选择就读海外院校在国内开设的留学预备课程无疑是一条通往留学成功之路的捷径。

For students with weak foundations who hope to enter foreign universities, choosing to attend the study abroad preparatory courses offered by overseas universities in China before going abroad is undoubtedly a shortcut to success in studying abroad.
为积极响应国家“一带一路”合作倡议，深化和促进中马国际教育文化交流，遵循国家“通过教育国际化，深化高等教育改革”的指导思想，同时也为满足更多中国学生在国内就能够享受国外优质教育资源的学习需求，受马来西亚院校及其中国区域合作方北留服国际教育的委托，委托北京化工大学教育培训中心利用学校的优质教育教学资源和优秀师资，为本项目的学生进行国内阶段的授课培养。由外方院校制定课程标准、教学内容、课时和学分设置，并最终进行学员成绩考核，采用“中方成绩达标+外方综合评估”的录取模式对项目学生进行考评，北留服国际教育对符合录取要求的学生进行外方院校的对接申请以及学分转换等服务。
本项目由国内课程学习和国外课程学习两个阶段组成。国内学习阶段项目学生在北京化工大学西校区学习1-2年，主攻英语综合课程、英语学术课程、专业基础课程和部分核心课程；第2-3年进入马来西亚名校继续攻读本科阶段剩余课程，完成学业之后获得学士学位。学生可继续学习硕士课程，完成学业后获得由马来西亚高校颁发的硕士学位，回国由教育部（中国）留学服务中心进行学位认证，国家认可。

The curriculum standards, teaching content, class hours, and credit settings are formulated by foreign universities, and the final assessment of student performance is conducted. The admission model of "Chinese scores meet the standards+foreign comprehensive evaluation" is adopted to evaluate project students. Beijing University of Education International provides services such as docking with foreign universities, OFFER application, and credit conversion for students who meet the admission requirements.
This project consists of two stages: domestic course learning and foreign course learning. Domestic study stage project students will study at the West Campus of Beijing University of Chemical Technology for 2 years, focusing on English comprehensive courses, English academic courses, professional basic courses, and some core courses; In the third year, enter the UOW Malaysia campus (or choose prestigious universities in other countries and regions such as the UK, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) to continue pursuing the remaining undergraduate courses and obtain a bachelor's degree after completing their studies. Students can continue to study master's programs and obtain a master's degree from overseas universities after completing their studies. Upon returning to their home country, the degree will be certified by the Ministry of Education (China) Study Abroad Service Center and recognized by the state.

一、报名条件 Registration Conditions
应、往届高中、中专毕业生及同等学历者，身体健康。
Registration requirements: Graduates from previous high schools, vocational schools, or equivalent educational backgrounds, with good physical health.
二、报名材料 Registration Materials
本人身份证、高考准考证及成绩单、高中或中专毕业证书复印件各一张，一寸、两寸近期免冠蓝底彩照各八张。

三、录取标准 Admission Criteria
（1）高考成绩达到当地本科线或高考英语成绩达到90分或语言相当水平证书持有者（雅思4.5分、托福60分），免试录取。
（2）未参加高考或高考成绩未达到当地本科线者，需参加项目统一组织的入学测试和面试，成绩合格者择优录取。
Admission criteria:
1. Those who achieve the local undergraduate line in the college entrance examination, 90 points in English in the college entrance examination, or hold a certificate of equivalent language proficiency (IELTS 4.5 points, TOEFL 60 points) will be admitted without examination.
2. Those who have not participated in the college entrance examination or whose scores have not reached the local undergraduate level are required to participate in the entrance examination and interview organized by the project. Those who pass the exam will be selected for admission.
四、录取与报到 Admission and Registration
参加完入学测试后，按照报名时间先后顺序择优录取。测试合格者缴纳学费及相关费用确定入学名额，项目统一下发《新生入学通知书》，按照通知书规定时间入学报到。

马来西亚（马来语、英语：Malaysia），简称大马，是君主立宪联邦制国家，首都吉隆坡，联邦政府行政中心布城。全国分为13个州和3个联邦直辖区，全国面积共33万平方公里 。马来西亚位于东南亚，国土被南海分隔成东、西两部分，即马来半岛南部（西马）和加里曼丹岛北部（东马），人口3270万（2022年），其中马来人69.4%，华人23.2%，印度人6.7%，其他种族0.7%。

外交关系: 马来西亚是东盟核心成员之一，也是“77国集团”和不结盟组织的创始成员国，奉行独立自主、中立、不结盟的外交政策，目前已同131个国家建交，在83个国家设有105个使领馆。马来西亚曾担任伊斯兰会议组织轮值主席国，在伊斯兰国家中拥有较高声望。
同中国的关系: 马来西亚与中国有着长期友好的外交关系和传统友谊。1974年5月31日两国建立外交关系，马来西亚是第一个与中国建交的东盟国家。1999年两国政府签署关于双边合作发展方向的《联合声明》，宣布建立“全方位的睦邻友好合作关系”。2013年10月，习近平主席访马，两国共同签署了包括《中华人民共和国政府和马来西亚政府经贸合作五年规划》在内的6项经贸、文化、金融等领域合作协议。2014年双方签署中马建交40周年联合公报。2015年11月，中国总理李克强访马，两国就增进高层交往、共建“一带一路”、推进产能合作、加强区域互联互通达成一系列共识，掀开了中马关系发展的新篇章。
同东盟的关系: 马来西亚是东盟重要成员，同其他东盟国家关系密切，高层互访频繁，重视地区安全合作。2015年12月31日，以政治安全、经济及社会文化为三大支柱的东盟共同体成立，标志着东盟一体化进程取得重大进展。
民族: 马来西亚是个多种族的国家，全国有32个民族。2017年全国人口总数约3205万，马来人约占61.7%，华人约占20.8%。
语言: 马来语（Bahasa Malaysia）为官方语言，通用英语，华语使用较广泛。马来西亚华人基本上能用普通话或方言交谈，普遍使用的方言有粤语、闽南语、客家话、潮州话、海南话、福州话等。印度族群常用泰米尔语交谈。
美食：多元文化的种族的天然优势下，造就了马国拥有许多特殊美食。和其他东南亚国家的菜肴类似，口味较重，多以胡椒和咖喱调味。其中较出名的食物有椰浆饭、沙嗲（鸡肉、牛肉及羊肉串）、干咖喱牛肉、马来糕点、竹筒饭、沙律啰惹、咖喱鸡、印度抛饼、黄姜饭、叻沙、海南鸡饭、Rojak、肉骨茶等。
服饰：马来人男女传统礼服分别是：男士为无领上衣，下着长裤，腰围短纱笼，头戴“宋谷”无边帽，脚穿皮鞋。女士礼服也为上衣和纱笼，衣宽如袍，头披单色鲜艳纱巾。除皇室成员外，一般不穿黄色衣饰。打工族为了工作穿着方便，一般着轻便的西服，只在工余在家或探亲访友或在重大节日时，才着传统服装。在各种正式场合，男士着装除民族服装或西服外，可穿长袖巴迪衫。巴迪衫是一种蜡染花布做成的长袖上衣，质地薄而凉爽，现已渐渐取代传统的马来礼服，成为马来西亚国服。
旅游：马来西亚的旅游资源非常丰富，著名的旅游景点像双子塔，茨厂街，马布岛，丹绒亚路海滩，美人鱼岛，天空之桥，马来西亚乐高乐园，吉隆坡塔，阿罗街，韦斯顿红树林等都是马来西亚景点的代表。
习俗: 马来西亚的习俗与中国相异甚多，必须加以留意，以免引起误会。例如：马来西亚人忌食猪肉；左手被马来西亚人认为是肮脏的，因此在接、递物品时应用右手；忌用食指指人或指路；马来西亚人禁酒，也忌讳在物品上印有动物或人像的图案。清真寺是穆斯林举行宗教仪式的地方，对外开放时，女士需穿长袍及戴头巾，否则将被拒之门外。马来西亚回历九月是斋月，一般情况下均昼禁夜食，只有年老体弱多病、孕妇或外出旅行者可例外。斋戒1个月后迎来开斋节。
宗教: 马来西亚的国教是伊斯兰教，主要属逊尼派。一般说来，马来人信奉伊斯兰教，华人信奉佛教和道教，印度人信奉印度教。由于多民族的长期共同生活，形成一种多元的文化特色。
节假日: 政府规定的全国性节日主要有穆罕默德诞辰、最高元首诞辰、开斋节（穆斯林）、国庆日（又称独立日）、哈芝节（穆斯林）、回历元旦等。各州还有自己规定的节假日。
